& the Role of a Professional Leader
The first tangible deliverable of a Professional Leader is their duty to, in practice, utilize all the resources available to assist in creating a plan that bridges the gap in a client’s or customers’ current situation to one which they desire. A Professional Leaders client may sometimes be an entire team of individuals. Where this is the case, their responsibility to each individual should absolutely be an equal standard to all. Professional Leaders assist in creating a reasonable timeline of a variety of specific goals. Professional Leader’s listen, coach, and mentor clients along with the clients’ time-lined goals.
The Professional Leader-Client relationship is of mutual interest that usually prompts long-term resolution conversations within the first consultation. It is common practice that each client retains one Professional Leader for an annualized term of three to five years, or more. Some mentorships may last as long as ten or more years depending on the industry and related goals.
